Elaine Jones is now a member of the 2019 Associate Leadership Council (ALC) at Keller Williams Real Estate Associates. This council is made up of the top 20% agents within the company. Its mission is to guarantee that its associates are able to give direct input towards the operation of Keller Williams Realty. Its vision is to be an interdependent synergistic Leadership Team that protects and enhances the vitality of the company, culture, and Profit Share System.
