My First Month In Real Estate

Every morning I wake up excited to start my day. I feel energized by having more family time in the morning and a fresh start to another successful day in Real Estate. Most days it does not feel like work, rather my passion becoming reality. Helping people, being my own boss, and working hard is contributing to my success. I am dedicated and loyal to every client, and I do my very best for them everyday.

The week before I started at Royal LePage I took a new client out to see land property. Being Licensed and Signed allowed me to actively start my business the weeks leading up to my start date.

A week and a half into my new career I did a Listing Presentation. This was great learning and a great start to what was ahead.

After working with clients to find a home over a couple of weeks, on week four I completed my first Offer for a home. After 2 days of negotiation, we got the house. SOLD is a great word! Everyone asked, “are you excited?” I was for sure, but my mind is focused on making everyday a successful one.

Then, on my birthday in week 6 , I got to put up my first “FOR SALE” sign. A great feeling indeed, but it will be perfect when it reads “SOLD”. If you know anyone that wants to move into a stunning Semi-Detached Home in Brampton you can let them know I have the house for them!

The first month in Real Estate, I have worked with twelve sets of clients. Helping them find their home is my motivation and goal everyday. I am never too busy for any new clients either.
