Proud moment for me! Go THUNDER!

My Sixth Month in Real Estate

2012-10-10 10.09.58

Six months in Real Estate has proven this is my dream career. The past month I worked with more clients and learned something new everyday. I am fortunate to work for such a great company that has a tremendous amount of skills and knowledge for me to leverage. As I reflect on the month, the most interesting experience was going into multiple offers. My client and I were prepared with our best offer and had the deposit on hand ready. When we arrived we learned we were one of twenty-two offers. Despite not winning we did have a nice night in Starbucks knowing we had done our best and we would find a better home. A highlight would be selling my listing making my clients very happy. The word ‘SOLD’ has such a great impact on making people smile. I would like to share what my sellers said about me.

“We can highly recommend Elaine Jones. We engaged her to sell our home after we witnessed the amazing job she did helping our daughter and husband find their first home. We were thrilled with Elaine. She always kept us informed and worked tirelessly with integrity in the very short period of time in which she had the listing to obtain a great result for us. We were extremely impressed with the detailed feedback we obtained from her, something we value and that was completely lacking from our dealings with other agents. As a vendor, the desire to be kept informed was on our agenda and Elaine certainly lived up to our expectations. Elaine was always positive and filled with valuable suggestions.
This is the second time we’ve used Elaine as a real estate agent in our family and we strongly believe we will definitely 100% use her very soon on our next property.
Very impressed all around! Great job Elaine!”

“Elaine was a fantastic real estate agent. From creating advertisements to setting up a great open house, she did everything in her power to sell our house. She is such a pleasure to be around! I had fun working with her and I would highly recommend her to everyone.”

Next month I have clients moving, clients ready to buy and a new training course I have signed up for. The course is called, Elite Business Building and will be a year long with great impact on my learning and knowledge. This career just gets better and better!
